Hallmark Guanella Pop Top Camper

We are selling our 2010 Hallmark Guanella pop up camper. It is 8’ for a long bed truck. It is truly a thing of beauty and includes several extras including; LED package for all lights, rear awning, prewired for solar, rear bike racks and roof racks. We drove to Colorado to buy the camper new from the manufacturer and have been her only owners.
We have another addition to the family due this summer and realize that our camping time will be limited for a while and that when we resume we will probably require something a little larger to accommodate us all. This camper is really like new and was taken on one month long trip to Baja and a couple of short weekend jaunts to summer festivals last year. It has been in dry storage since the end of last summer; we just took it out and brought it to our home in Ashland Oregon.
Asking price is $16,900; they are going new for around $24K I believe. This link has pictures of a camper that is very similar to ours inside, except ours has the porta potty dinette storage rather than the bathroom setup shown here. Same upholstery, kitchen, etc. I haven’t had a chance to take interior pics since we got it back. http://www.truckcamp...lmark-guanella/
The truck in our pictures is a 1997 Dodge Ram Diesel 12 valve with almost 200K miles on it, and we would entertain the possibility of selling it with the camper if presented with the right offer. Thanks for looking, have a beautiful day!

16900.00

2008 Ford F-250 4X4 And 2008 Arctic Fox 811 Truck Camper

2008 Ford F-250 Diesel 4x4 Crew Cab with 69000 miles. Has new tires 9 months ago. Undercover Bed Topper included plus rear under-seat storage bin added. Already for Camper Use with Air Lift Rear Suspension and onboard compressor and Rancho 9000 adjustable shocks. Tork-Lift Camper Tie Downs are also included. Truck is very clean and well maintained. Two-tone cloth seats. Runs great, about 17mpg on highway, about 15mpg in town, 12-14 MPG with Camper.

The Camper is a 2008 Arctic Fox 811 Truck Camper. Camper is in great shape and always stored under cover. It was only used 4-5 times a year. Camper works great for winter camping due to the good insulation and how the basement is heated with return air flow to the heater. Air Conditioner included for those hot desert days. The Arctic Fox 811 is for short bed trucks in the 250/350 or 2500/3500 class. Very comfortable queen size bed with a memory foam topper included (not a downsized version but the normal size queen bed). Lots of storage. Air conditioner, dual propane for heat and refrigerator. Slide-out for dining table. Shower/Toilet. Microwave/Gas Stove-Oven, Built-in Stereo with CD. Electric Jacks with Remote Control make it easy to load and unload the camper. Pre-wired for Cable/Satellite TV and retractable Antenna included. Contact me for additional pictures or to arrange an inspection.

Also Included:
RV Water Hose and Water Filter
Cabinet mounted knife rack and set of knives
Interior Carpet Mats
Insulating Covers for Skylights & Roof Fans
Backup Camera with LCD display

Additional Items also available (price negotiable):
Yamaha generator – EF2400iS (enough power for A/C or Microwave)
17” Toshiba Flat Screen LCD HDTV with DVD and swing out arm
12V De-Humidifier (reduces window condensation in winter camping)
Corelle Stoneware RV Dishes (4 place setting) & misc Kitchen Goods
12x12 Outdoor folding Patio Mat
Carry-Out Satellite TV dish with Alignment Tuner (just add a DirecTV or Dish Network receiver)
Hitch Extension for trailer towing with camper (approx 300 lb tongue weight limit)

Generator: I removed the standard Onan generator since it was very loud and could not be started without battery power (no hand crank). With a truck camper, the electric jacks require significant battery power to raise a camper so when camping away from an AC power source, a dependable generator that can be started manually is invaluable in the event the batteries get depleted. I suggest using a carry out Honda or Yamaha which are quiet and can be used to get the camper going if the batteries die overnight or if you store the camper and forget to disconnect battery power - it's inevitable. These generators are also very quiet so you can hear the TV for instance and not disturb other campers. The Onan propane generator is amazingly loud.

47900.00
