It's what I've been doing for the last 24yrs. Pulling a tank around filled with that expensive go juice. Be it 10,000 gallons of diesel or 11,600 gallons of gas. Don't blame me for the high prices, I'm not getting any windfal profits. :o

I've seen a lot of handles or user names out there. a lot of them intrigue me. For my part "Freedom" is exactly that. Thats what a TC does for me. I have also used it for my company name.
One of my favorite user names is XNORP. The story behind that is great. anyone else got a user name story to share ?

Well I got mine frome others that know me and that I like new things and change quit often with
newer cars / trucks / vans / boats / SOooooooo LOL they would say { have you seen TimsTOY ?} whenever another play toy came along . And the name stuck to me

Both Lyn and I have been involved in various crafts over the years... woodwork, hand-carved leather, stained glass, needlework, sewing etc., as well as a recently-revived interest in photography. The plan is to outfit a cargo trailer as a rolling craft studio to take on the road with us when I finally get sick of working for a living. Hence our business name and handle.

How co-incidental. In the early 80's I was a DJ for several years and only stopped due to family pressure. I was "encouraged" to focus on my "real' day job at the time which I recall as working in a bank. I don't think I ever got a nickname as a DJ. I feel ripped off.

Luckily the way Snowybird described me at last year's rally didn't stick or I would be known by an entirely different name than Blulund. :D

The name Blulund came from the fact I used to own two Lund fishing boats, both of which were blue. I have since sold both boats but the name is mine forever.

Have a great day,

Bob Martin

I'll try to give you the extra condensed biography of Jack Slade. He was a very colorful character (to say the least) of the gold rush days in 1860s Montana. He resided in Virginia City and ran ramrod over the area Wells Fargo way stations. He caught one of the station employees stealing horses and selling them. The employee shot Jack 6 times and left him for dead to cover his crime. But ole Jack didn't die. After recovering from his wounds he got a couple buddies and returned to the way station. They captured the guy and tied him to the corral. Jack slowly shot him to death and then cut off his ears. Jack rode to the nearsest Army post and turned himself in to the C.O. and told him what happened. The C.O. turned Jack loose saying it sounded like self defense. Shortly afterwards the vigilantes went on a hanging spree and hung something like 24 suspected road agents within 30 days. This also included the Sheriff, Henry Plummer, who was the suspected leader. Jack liked to drink and when he got drunk he would ride his horse into the stores and bust stuff up. Bad timing as the vigilantes were gathered in town and tired of his antics they strung him up too. :D
