I’m thinking about installing Torklift Glow steps on my Laredo. This topic has probably been discussed before, but I’m too lazy to do a search. Has anybody installed them over the rear bumper, or does that need to be removed. My camper is 40” off the ground. Do I need 5 steps. Does the railing come off for travel. Do you remove the steps too for travel. Are they brand specific, can I install them on a FWC or Hallmark or Alaskan if I was to trade down. Thanks.
I have been a tent camper since my Boy Scout days long, long, ago. Now I need to get up off of the cold ground to get a good nights rest, a truck camper seems to be the best choice. I am here to learn as much as I can.

I meant to ask, where does one purchase them, factory direct or dealers Not many TC dealers out here in the Middle.

You do need the 5-step GlowSteps for your camper height. They come in 6" treads A7505 or larger 8" treads A7805.

The GlowSteps can be accessorized with optional components:
GlowGuide handrail - A7621
LandingGear adjustable feet - A8000
Stow n' Go  storage bracket - A7820

You can also order the assemby consisting of Stow n' Go with the GlowSteps and LandingGear by using part number A7845.

Google will be your friend on finding the best price. Search for Torklift and the desired part number to get the best price. If you need installation services, Torklift has a list of qualified dealers that will do it correctly: https://www.torklift...to-buy?view=map
