I first met Gary and Alice Gilchrist in 2005 on a truck camper caravan from Oregon to British Columbia organized by Terri and Paul Beddows.  Gary was one of the finest persons that one could hope to meet.  I'm sad to post that his passing was announced today and came to my attention via Facebook: https://www.facebook...y.gilchrist.792

I'm sorry that I don't have more information than that but it is a sad day in my book to hear of this.  I am so sorry for his wife Alice and children.  The world is a poorer place with his passing.
