Did a brief winter "camp" visiting grandkids in CO - so we had a bedroom to escape to at night.  Left our Weimariner one day and returned to find he had scratched & chewed through lower 1/2 of door in our Alpenlite Saratoga - from the melamine to the aluminum.

Anybody ever done a repair on this?  Seems much cheaper than the $500+ I have seen for replacement doors.

No feedback on repair option but I think about it happening with our 5 dachshunds in the camper. So far everything but left out food has survived.

By the way...good to see you are still out with the camper. It has been a long time since we saw you last.

love everyday like you won the lotto.

First look on web maybe you may get lucky and find a surplus dealer in your area, but what I was thinking remove door and rebuild with a panel from a sheet of the same thing, I would think this will be a chore to make it right.

I know now why my parents always had campers, but only one pet, before they had campers.

And that is why I no longer have a dog.
