Yes he's going to be in for it very soon. Looks as if it going to hit near Corpus Christi and just sit there for a spell. Then slowly move in land at about 3 mph towards almost too Austin before turning north-east. Most all of us in south and central Texas are bracing for the storm to hit. I feel we are in good shape as to location on the side of the hill, way out of any flooding. All of us are expecting a years worth of rain in just a few hours. Besides the rain there will also be tornado's that will be spawed  by the storm. It should hit tonight around 10pm.We are already seeing wind and some rain. This storm can easly be worse than Allison

Well it looks like were in the cross hairs of H Harvey its 44 miles to the south east. At the speed its moving the storm be over head by night fall. We have already gotten 6" of rain and its still pouring down. Have to go out to the TC its leaking around a vent can plug it from inside I think.

Lucky for us the steering of the storm by passed us. But poor Houston all the bands of rain first are hitting them then swinging around towards us we are now to the west of the trouble area. As for the leak in the TC cant do a permanent fix till it drys up. But the wind forced the vent up on one side bending the little tab allowing the rain to be driving in the gap. A twenty min fix.
