Although our Mammoth shower head had five stream settings, it was inefficient in water usage and worked poorly when on low pressure shore connections. In the past, I used the one setting Oxygenics model marketed toward RV'ers with success. This time I chose their 1.75 gpm multi stream PowerMassage 88446 model:

After a week of showers with this upgraded head, I can fully recommend this model for RV's with the caveat that it does not have a shut off valve (neither does the model sourced by Host).

Due to my wide headache rack on my flatbed deck, I could not move my camper as far forward as I wanted and could only get 8.5' on the deck. I still had plenty of room to scoot it forward, but the fresh water fill door couldn't be fully opened.

By notching out the top of the fill door hinge, I can open, lift and remove the door now instead of having to swing it fully open. I considered just removing the door, but the bug splatter in that area may actually get into the fresh water tank vent or expose it to other contaminates.

See we both have found flaws in our new TC. The fridge failed on our way home in Mississippi and the water pump stuck were when turned on it is pumping water out the shore fill nozel. I've found that there is a twin to the 2.5 oana gen basicly it has all the same parts as the 2.8 onan gen all thats defferent is the carb and a 30 amp breaker. the other just dumb things.
