Here is a link to my blog for our trip for New Years Eve. We had a blast and the skiing was pretty amazing to say the least.

Two months of not camping for us now. I'm not sure if reading trip reports helps or makes me miss it more. I know there's light at the end of the tunnel when that new Host gets loaded on the back of the truck this Spring and it is nice to have to have the Arctic Fox sold, but time always seems take longer looking forward than back.

But...we have pretty hot summers here too. Usually a few days in the 100's but usually high 80s to low 90s. lol

I've been on a self imposed budget so we could afford the Host since we only have a single income. Typically I wait until after the holidays unless I have a season pass, but this ski season may go on without me. We will break down and take a trip with hotel accommodations this Winter, otherwise I am banking away my vacation to go RV'ing.

Yeah, I understand. It is a pretty great ski year so far here in Eastern Washington. I heard Mission Ridge got over 30" of powder the other day. I could only imagine. I was skiing in spots with snow up to my knees at 49.
