If anyone here is unaware of my feelings regarding Travel Lite campers and their lack of customer service, it's reasonably well documented on this forum.
There is a pretty active Truck Camper page on Facebook. There was a person discussing Travel Lite as a possible candidate for a new Truck Camper. I suggested he run, not walk, in the opposite direction as quickly as possible, stating that Travel Lite's quality control and factory help/service were abysmal. LO AND BEHOLD, the owner of Travel Light says she's sorry that I had "some issues". I guess it takes a public forum to get these guys to crawl out from under their respective rocks.
EDIT : She defended the company via a Facebook post but deleted the post shortly after.
