okay folks....

i can / will set up a dinner reservation at WINE O'CLOCK, just a short walk from the resort for dinner on friday night if we have enough interest. dinner time to be 6 or 630. the restaurant has amazing food and wines that are selected to match what you order for dinner. joanne and i ate there last time our group was there and i highly recommend it.

i have talked to the manager and they can seat 12 people for our group. it would be at two separate tables but in the same room. so we would have our own area somewhat.

please let me know as soon as you can if you want to do this dinner.

here is a link to the restaurant: http://www.bunnellfa...spx?PageID=1003

getting closer, cant wait for a little vacation time with friends and wine.

for those that are attending the dinner on friday night:

thursday i will present the two (maybe 3) choices that wine o clock will do for our dinner. ill need to notify them what we want to order. with a big group they like to know ahead of time so everyone gets their meal at the same time. they only cook for 6 at a time normally.

while the friday dinner reservations are full at this time...there still is plenty of room to join us for the rally.

The RV park is once again offering their Wine Package Baskets. The Basket is a fantastic deal! It comes with a bottle of red or white wine, 2 glasses and then a bunch of discounts at wineries and other local businesses.

The normal price for the package is $39.99 BUT for our group it will be $30.00 per basket.

For those attending, if you want to get one of the baskets please let the rv park know ahead of time. They will make sure a basket is ready for you. Be sure to tell them you are attending the rally.

We had a basket last year and it more than made up in value with discounts.

i am getting things gathered up for the wine tour for rally attendees. there will be some trivia questions once again after the potluck dinner on saturday night. it was a fun time last year. this years questions will be on wine of course but maybe a few other things too. local history? the rv park itself? hmmm....guess you will have to wait and see.
