We'll have our pop-up canopy too if needed.

We loaded the camper on the truck this afternoon. Now to restock it after the winter. Woo hoo! Looking forward to this trip, even with a sick kitty making his first big trip and dog that is super curious about the new furball in the house.

The interstate system of highways is fine for getting where you need to be in a hurry, but it's the road less traveled that is more enjoyable. Take in the scenery before life passes you by in a blur.

I guess we're going to stay in Sportsman SP by Yakima tomorrow night, then get to Prosser Friday. I think Kelli says there are a couple of participating vintners in the Yakima area that we may check out first then continue on to Prosser. One important stop along the way is at the Dairgold factory in Sunnyside just South of the freeway take the port of Sunnyside exit I believe. I have always gotten a really decent roast beef or pastrami sandwich at the deli there.

We are back home, too! What a fun time this weekend!!! Thank you, Rich and Joanne, for the time you spent putting this together for us. And thanks to everyone who came and oh my, another FANTASTIC potluck dinner last night.

I think we will have real lasagna for dinner this evening. :-D

I have marked the dates for next year. Yippee!

Thanks Rich & Joanne.  It was great to meet everyone.  We had a great time.  With the first gathering under our belt I don't think it will be too hard to convince the DW to attend more.

I'm glad to see that you included Mercer winery in the itinerary.  We've always thought that they were one of the better vintners and always have a good product.  We're still en route from Arizona and will make it to Prosser tomorrow.  Sorry to have missed the rally.
