So what did you get?

'15 F350 dually, crew cab, long bed, 6.7 diesel, GVWR: 14,000 lbs. Lariat model.

It's light years ahead of the old 2005 6.0 diesel.

I like that new truck. Driving a 10 year newer vehicle really does put the technology changes in perspective. Even the new Cummins is quieter than than my old Poewerstroke and that is the loudest of three. How will you deal with travel to Mexico and the lack of ULSD?

Not to get off topic but;  I might do some limited Mexico travel.  We have first hand knowledge that Mexican diesel fuel did not harm the new ULSD engine in 2000 miles of use.

Diesel Exhaust Fluid (DEF) has a separate tank - it's filler tube cap is located next to to diesel fuel cap.

For the potluck Saturday night, George and I are providing ham. I know Gary used to cook a turkey but we are terrible at roasting turkeys so we will do a spiral cut ham.

For Sunday breakfast, the menu is scrambled eggs, sausage links and biscuits and gravy (and leftover ham if there is any). BYOB - bring your own beverage, your plates and eating utensils and your appetite.

Just as an FYI, I've told Silverline to release the balance of the sites they are holding for our group. If you are planning on attending and haven't registered, the time to do it is now. Remember that it is opening weekend of firearms hunting season and the campground will be busy.

Every time I try to use the buttons in the post form, it locks up and I lose my whole message.

This time it was the url link button. Locked the page up and lost the message.

Not important enough to retype but annoying if stuff isn't working properly.

Go ahead and pull us off the attendance list, our future outlook for going is highly unlikely since we're not reserving a site at this time, there's just too much going on in October for us to make it work.

i have a cb in  my truck. although i still need to get it fine tuned for better signal. i cant seem to adjust it better myself. not sure how it will work in mountain areas but it did work along the columbia river when we use to caravan that part. i was tail gunner then. so ill  go ahead and be tail gunner.

maybe i will have time to get it to the one and only place in spokane that will adjust it before the rally.
