There now seems to be a small Group of TC's converging on our Farm before the Rally. Since I'm in the process of putting up a new machine shed/shop, and the old custom use to be was that the farmer put on a Barn Raising party for the neighborhood, with food, music, and dancing. Well I don't know about the dancing but a potluck, campfire, and maybe some live music. Thus far we have one volunteer for music, does anyone else have a musical instrument to bring along. Just tie that piano to the TC and bring her along.
Everyone can take a stroll through our home built 108 years ago, or our Barn built 118 years ago. The barn is peg & mortise jointed with a full basement (a rarity in barns), or maybe take a ride on our John Deere Tractor. Many have already asked.
I have enough electricity for 6-7, 30amp rigs. The rest will have to boondock. In the early morning of the 22nd we will Caravan across Iowa to the Amana, Colonies for the 2014 MidWest TC Rally !!!!!!
FYI- There is a State Park (Prairie Rose State Park) just 8 miles south of us with water, electric, and dump station if you choose that route.
Come and Join the Fun.
