The forum is now on the new server. Thank you Mathew, who did the server configuration. Everyone should notice a significant speed increase.

I did pay an extra $3 a month for daily backups by the host, but still best to do our own, regardless. BTW mathew I will download all the old cache files & archive them on my PC, so we start with a clear directory. I did do recache BTW right after it came up.

Everyone chime in on if they feel the speed is better. It should be. It is no longer on a shared server.

Hello, When I load the forum from "Favorites", it loads twice. The first time it's just momentarily and in a smaller print size. It then immediately reloads in a larger print size. What's it do, check your age, then says, ' this guy needs larger print" LOL!

Its always hard to tell if its the site or the net. One factor may be propagation of name servers. Until all the routers on the net are updated, you may be taking a path through several steps to find the destination.

Paul, Matt, everyone who worked on the forum troubles:

THANK YOU VERY MUCH!!!!! You did a lot of work in a time crunch, and totally unplanned, which means it wasn't on your schedule and I'm sure you were hoping to be doing other things rather than moving the whole forum.

GREAT JOB!
